Overview

Water Technology was engaged by Cardinia Waters to complete a  monitoring program of water quality on site to determine the effectiveness of the Water treatment strategy.

The monitoring program currently being undertaken by Water Technology includes:

• Visual inspections and photographic documentation at the Irrigation Pond, Wetland Cells and Swales
• Water samples taken at the above mentioned sites, including physical parameters, heavy metals, nutrients and E. Coli.
• Comparison of results ANZECC and EPA water quality guidelines
• Recommendations for artificial flushing
• Detailed reporting on a quarterly basis and ongoing water quality advice
